The Owners

Blind Cast was founded in 2022 in Jacksonville, FL, driven by our love for fishing and the water. We wanted to create a product that would make the frustrating moments—like breaking off a hook—less of a hassle, so we could spend more time doing what we love. With backgrounds in healthcare and law enforcement, we knew starting a business wouldn't be easy, but we figured it could be one heck of an adventure.

Our Namesake

We named our company Blind Cast because starting a business and creating a fishing product felt like taking a leap of faith—like making a blind cast. While we weren’t sure how it would all come together, we were determined to make it happen. From navigating patents to developing our product and launching the business, it’s been an exciting journey. We don’t know where it will take us, but with the support of family, friends, and a lot of faith, we’re excited for what’s ahead.
